Any occasion is incomplete with no chaat as a starter or appetizer…
It took number of attempts to make fantastic puris for this recipe but now I am glad with this puri recipe. You can use the same puri recipe for Pani puris. No will need to use oven to make puris crispy any longer. As before long as you fry and permit it minor dry for about 1/two hour and all set to use these puris.
For Raj Kachoris – Tends to make twenty Puris
Sooji (Semolina) – 1 cups

Sweet Chutney – two tbsp, or regulate for each your style, Tamarind and Day is what I made use of.
Eco-friendly Chutney – two tbsp, or regulate for each your style, I made use of a blend of mint, cilantro, green chilies, lemon and salt for this.
Yogurt – 1/4 cup, just properly beaten with minor salt, sugar, cumin powder and Red chili powder
Boondi – 1tbsp
Sev (Namkeen) – three tbsps, I made use of Haldiram’s Spicy Aloo Bhujiya
Anardana – 1 tbsp, I did not have it, so skipped
Chaat Masala – 1/two tsp to sprinkle
Cilantro – for garnishing
